Sips n Strokes!!!!

so my friends and I went to sips and strokes last week for my friend chelsea's 21st bday. We had a blast, can't wait to go back. We painted a flair tree...I was so surprised they all turned out so well...love them!!!

My friend Angela came over and stayed the night the other day haha, it was so funny having somebody stay here since i haven't had anybody "spend the night with me" since highschool wheni lived with my mom lol... we stayed up late watching movies, enjoying old memories and just hanging out!!!

Nursing Student!!

Thank You Dear Lord!!!

I am accepted into the nursing program!!!!!!!!!!! This is such a huge step in my life and I am so thankful that God has sent me down this path. I promise to work extra hard to be the best nursing student I can be and a Future Rn!!! Thank you again Lord for this wonderful step in my life! Thanks to everyone that prayed for me as well...God is GREAT!!!!

So Anxious!!!

I've been hearing lots of things from people saying that our acceptance letters are going out this week and that just scares the heck out of me. I am so anxious, nervous, and excited that I really just can't even hardly stand myself. I am going to be running down to the mailbox all week. UGH I hate waiting for things, I like knowing things right off. I know the saying good things come to those who wait but gee, we've been waiting forever haha. I know it will happen if it's meant to be though, I am just ready to know. PLEASE PRAY HARD that I Am Accepted!!!!!!!

I love being a mother...

I love being a mother so much. Each day brings even more joy than the day before. Anderson amazes me so much!!!! Ask him anything and he will pretty much answer. He is so smart!! He can tell you where almost all his body parts are..his hair, bellybutton, he can point them all out and tell you what they are. He can tell you what his clothes are like shirt, sock, shoes...He can also say all kinds of animals and tell you what sound they make... it amazes me that he's only 18 months and has already been doing most of this since he was a little over a year old. He can name almost everybody in our family/ even the hard ones like grandmother and grandaddy come out plain as day. I love hearing him say all these new words everyday. Each day gets better and better. I LOVE MY LIFE!!!!

oh and by far my favorite thing he says is... I love you mommy!!! ahh it melts my heart... he will also say I love you daddy...hey baby, bye baby...hey buddy, bye buddy, and all kinds of other things...he loves naming animals too, he know's our three dogs names, my dads dog, my grandmothers dog, my grandparents cat haha, the lists just keep going. but again my favorite is I lOVE YOU MOMMY!!!!

Whew!!! I am so happy!

I am so happy that this semester is finally over and I now have a month to relax at home with my little man. I finished out this semester with an A in math and a B in Anatomy and Physiology! woo hoo 3 more core classes and all my basics will be finished. Nursing classes start this fall, so I should be getting my letter within the next few weeks... please pray that I got it!!!
